This drum was named after an African goddess and was inspired by the royal purple hues used on the sapele “African Mahogany” shell. Zara is a 14” x 6” snare drum finished with royal purple dye and top coated with nitrocellulose lacquer and polished to a mirror finish. This drum is adorned with chrome hardware featuring S-Hoops, INDe drum labs throw off, Puresound Pro Custom 24 strand wires, Evans Hazy resonant head and a Evans Onyx batter head.
